Terms and conditions of residence
A full copy of the terms and conditions applicable to your stay are detailed in the Court House Care Home Resident Contract, which you or your loved one will receive on admission.
Fees may be different from other residents as the fee is not only based on the room cost, the fee also covers the particular needs of each individual resident.

Duty of Candour
It is our aim at Court House Care Home to operate a duty of candour policy with all residents and their relatives. If an aspect of care were to go unexpectedly or not the way it was planned, we operate an open and honest relationship with all involved. We believe that being transparent improves the care provided and ultimately improves the resident experience.
Suggestions for improvements are welcomed by speaking directly with the Manager, or by using our suggestion box.
If you raise a concern and you feel it has not been dealt with adequately, you are invited to submit the concern in writing to the registered owner. The concern will be investigated and notification of the outcome will be received within 28 working days.
