Sweet success at Court House Care
On a rainy and blustery morning, the dedicated team at Court House Care Home in Malvern gathered their aprons and umbrellas for a very special cause.
Braving the unpredictable British weather, staff came together to host a coffee morning, raising vital funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Despite the wind and showers, the warmth of the community spirit shone through. Residents, families, and staff indulged in a delightful array of cakes, from homemade flapjacks and cupcakes to the much-loved coffee and walnut cake.
Each bite was savored not only for its deliciousness but also for the shared purpose of supporting a charity that offers life-changing help to those affected by cancer.
The coffee morning raised over £120, with every penny going directly to Macmillan Cancer Care.
The success of the event is a testament to the resilience and generosity of the Court House Care Home's team, who worked tirelessly to ensure the day went off without a hitch, even in less-than-ideal weather conditions.
This event once again highlights the sense of community that thrives at Court House, where staff and residents consistently rally together for meaningful causes.
A huge thank you to everyone who participated and donated—your support is making a real difference in the lives of those battling cancer.
Together, we stand stronger against cancer.
