The Court House Care Home Malvern

We’ve scooped a new and improved CQC rating!

We’re absolutely thrilled to share that we have been rated ‘Good’ across all areas in our most recent Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection. This wonderful result reflects the dedication, skill, and compassion of our entire team, from our carers and nurses to our leadership and support staff.

Under the guidance of Home Manager Anamaria Driment, Business Manager Sarah Soley, and Regional Manager Kim Young, we’ve worked hard to implement meaningful improvements throughout the Home. Our focus has been on strengthening our person-centred approach to care and wellbeing, ensuring every resident’s needs and preferences are at the heart of everything we do.

Our team has also undertaken extensive training to further enhance the quality of care we provide. With our new management structure in place, everyone has come together to address the areas highlighted in our previous inspection.

Of course, an inspection isn’t just about paperwork, it’s about how our staff engage with residents every single day. The inspectors witnessed this firsthand, seeing our team’s warmth, compassion, and commitment in action over several days.

Annamaria says: "This ‘Good’ rating in all areas is a true reflection of our everyday standards and dedication and we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together.

"We’ve also improved our care planning system, finding the right balance between digital efficiency and personal connection. Our staff have worked tirelessly to standardise best practices and deliver consistently high-quality care across the board.

"Achieving this ‘Good’ rating from the CQC is a significant milestone and stands as testament to the professionalism, dedication, and compassion of our team. We’re taking a moment to celebrate this well-deserved achievement and then it’s straight back to doing what we do best: making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while supporting their every need.

"Looking ahead, we’re excited about the imminent transformation of our home, beginning in early 2026. Court House Care Home will become a state-of-the-art, multi-building Care Village, complete with a bespoke hydrotherapy pool, bistro, cinema room, and an advanced hairdressing salon for residents, families, and our local community.

"We can’t wait to share this next chapter with everyone who makes Court House such a special place to live and work."
