Located in the peaceful residential community of Barnards Green in Malvern, Court House Care Home in Malvern is a friendly care home with 60 beds, offering elderly residential and nursing care, as well as care for young people with physical disabilities.
We want all of our residents to find their time here engaging and relaxing and our care delivery focusses on the holistic needs and personal preferences of each individual.
All of our residents and their families are involved in their own package of care, tailored to their specific personal needs. We pride ourselves on redefining care, by making every day matter, and to be as good as it can.

With sitting rooms, space for residents to pursue their hobbies and interests as well as a lovely dining room, Court House Care Home in Malvern has a host of places in which to relax, dine, exercise, socialise and be creative. The pretty landscaped garden and patio is the perfect spot to spend time with friends and family, and is happily looked after by some of our residents. The bright, comfortable bedrooms and living areas are all easily accessible by wheelchair.
Food and Nutrition
We pride ourselves on making mealtimes a special, stimulating part of each day. In our homes, meals are as much about providing nutritious, tasty food as they are about enjoying a social occasion.
Activities
The home organises a weekly programme of events and activities which includes talks & demonstrations performers from the area regularly visit and entertain residents with songs, sketches, singing and dancing,
Accommodation
The bedrooms and living areas are all easily accessible by wheelchair. With sitting rooms, space for residents to pursue their hobbies and interests and a lovely dining room.
Our Staff
We employ registered nurses to deliver professional nursing care to residents with nursing needs. Our Care Assistants deliver the kindest possible personal care to all residents.
Visiting
Visitors are asked that they don’t visit during meal times unless agreed by management 08.30-09.30, 12.30 – 13.30 and 16.45 – 17.45.
All visitors will be asked to end their visits by 19.30 unless especially agreed (end of life visiting).
Any visitors with coughs/colds ect are asked to postpone visits until they are well.
Respite Care

We have received and thoroughly reviewed the latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report for Court House Care Home. Therefore, we want to assure you that we are taking immediate and decisive action to address all the highlighted concerns.
First and foremost, we apologise for any shortcomings identified during the inspection. We acknowledge that these findings do not reflect our core values or the high standards we strive to uphold. Our entire team is deeply committed to rectifying the issues and implementing the necessary changes to deliver the quality of care our service users deserve.
In response to the report, we have already initiated a comprehensive review of our policies, procedures, and practices across all relevant departments. This review includes a thorough assessment of staffing levels, training protocols, risk management procedures, and our overall quality assurance framework.
